Behavox said on 15 April 2025 that it had published 2024 audited financial statements showing $2.5 million net profit — its first audited bottom-line profitability. Chief executive Erkin Adylov framed the result as important for counterparties at systemically important financial institutions that scrutinise vendor financial health before awarding surveillance and controls contracts.

The company reported FY2024 total gross revenue of $35.6 million, up from $25.9 million in FY2023, a 37.5% increase. It reported FY2024 gross profit of $27.8 million and profit before tax of $0.6 million. Behavox builds AI software for communications surveillance, archiving, policy management and related controls used by banks, asset managers and other regulated firms.

Behavox said it has undergone annual independent audits since 2020, making the 2024 exercise its fifth consecutive audit. The release presented the audited package as evidence of operating discipline alongside continued product investment in its Unified Controls Platform, which at the time spanned Quantum surveillance, Intelligent Archive and Pathfinder.

Publishing audited numbers is uncommon among private regtech vendors of Behavox’s size, and the company cast the disclosure as a deliberate signal to large-bank procurement teams. The Business Wire summary did not break out regional revenue, recurring versus professional-services mix, or name the audit firm.
