Behavox has acquired Mosaic Smart Data, the company said on 25 February 2025, expanding its AI product set into front-office analytics for fixed income, currencies and commodities markets. Behavox said Mosaic aggregates internal and external transaction data, normalises it and applies AI models to support liquidity discovery and decision-making, and is deployed across five continents. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The company said the acquisition completed in December 2024 and that integration was already under way. Chief executive Erkin Adylov said the deal would let Behavox bring commercial insights such as indications of interest and requests for quote into Mosaic across text and voice. Behavox said Mosaic technology would also enhance a trade surveillance offering then in customer testing, with release planned for the second half of 2025.
In the release, Behavox named marquee Mosaic clients including JPMorgan and ING. It listed its product ecosystem after the deal as Quantum for communications surveillance, Intelligent Archive, Pathfinder for policy management, Mosaic Smart Data for FICC analytics, and trade surveillance still to come in 2025.
Chief operating officer Kiryl Trembovolski thanked Hercules Capital for supporting the transaction and linked the deal to consecutive years of roughly 44% growth. The announcement did not set a customer migration timetable or say whether Mosaic would continue as a standalone brand.
