Avvoka launched Curate, a standalone product that turns a law firm's best transaction documents into a gold-standard template to draft from, the company said.
Curate uses AI to review prior deal documents and surface the strongest version of each clause. A lawyer then picks the position the firm stands behind and its fallbacks, clause by clause.
Avvoka said Curate was designed with AM Law 100 and global firms in private beta, with a wider waitlist from September 2026 and general availability to follow. The company received a £14 million investment led by Valhalla Ventures in March 2026.
