boost.ai agreed to be acquired by Automation Anywhere from Nordic Capital under a definitive agreement expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, the companies said on 7 October 2026.

Conversational AI specialists are being bought into broader automation suites as enterprises combine chat, voice and process automation. Buyers still need language coverage, regulated-industry controls and clarity on brand continuity through close.

boost.ai remains the directory brand face pending close; Automation Anywhere is not added as a separate directory slug this wave. The release cited hundreds of customers in regulated industries, more than 36 languages and four consecutive Gartner Magic Quadrant recognitions.

CX and automation leaders should insist on continuity and resolution-rate pilots — before treating any acquisition announcement as a completed conversational AI programme.
