Amazon Web Services said on 3 December 2024, during re:Invent, that it had added Automated Reasoning checks to Amazon Bedrock Guardrails to verify model answers against domain knowledge.
The same release introduced multi-agent collaboration in Amazon Bedrock Agents so specialised agents can be orchestrated on a shared task, with Moody’s cited as an early risk-analysis example.
AWS also announced Model Distillation to produce smaller task-specific models, claiming up to 500 percent faster inference and about 75 percent lower cost versus larger teachers in its tests.
Financial services and insurance examples in the release include policy question-and-answer verification and due-diligence supervisor agents.
