AlphaSense has raised US$350 million at a US$7.5 billion valuation, the company said on 3 June 2026. Vitruvian, Accenture Ventures and J.P. Morgan Asset Management led the round as the market-intelligence platform said annual recurring revenue exceeded US$600 million in the first quarter of 2026.

Chief executive commentary in the announcement said: "This milestone reflects both the accelerating global adoption of our platform, and a broader shift in market intelligence – from fragmented information to end-to-end AI-driven workflows." Named enterprise customers in the press materials included J.P. Morgan Chase, Microsoft, Amazon and Nvidia — logos AlphaSense put on the record for this raise.

The combination of a US$7.5 billion mark and US$600 million-plus ARR places AlphaSense among the larger private AI information platforms serving finance and corporate strategy teams. Proceeds support product, content and go-to-market after the Tegus expert-insight integration deepened its dataset.

AlphaSense framed the round as fuel for a continuously learning intelligence platform rather than as a bridge to an immediate public listing announcement.
