Akur8 said on 19 June 2025 that Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance, a property and casualty insurer in Indiana, had selected its core platform to accelerate model development and build transparent, explainable pricing models.
Chief executive Samuel Falmagne and chief client officer Brune de Linares both commented in the announcement on the engagement. Brian Poole, executive director and chief actuary at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance, said Akur8 would support rapid model development, state-specific insights and coverage-level rate-change simulation, with transparent outputs that are easier to share with stakeholders.
Commercial terms were not disclosed. Customer-count figures elsewhere in the release are those stated by Akur8 at the time.
