# TXT completes closing of about 10% stake in Altilia with options to majority

The stake is about 10% of Altilia share capital under terms disclosed at signing; the agreement includes options for progressive acquisition that may allow TXT to increase its holding up to 100%. Altilia is a CNR (National Research Council of Italy) spin-off financed and supported by CDP Venture Capital. Its product, Altilia Intelligent Automation, is described as a no-code AI Smart Solution for complex process automation in digital finance, insurance, legal and public administration, differentiated by NLP, machine learning and knowledge graph technologies. Synergistic integration initiatives were already underway within the TXT Group Smart Solutions portfolio.
