Together AI, a leading AI acceleration cloud, has potentially transformed app development with its open-source web app, LlamaCoder. The tool, which uses Meta's Llama 3.1 405B model, allows developers to generate entire applications from simple prompts.

LlamaCoder showcases the capabilities of Llama 3.1 405B, which El Mghari describes as the first open-source model capable of excelling in this specific coding use case. The model's prowess extends beyond coding, with state-of-the-art capabilities in general knowledge, steerability, math, tool use, and multilingual translation.

Together AI's platform, which powers LlamaCoder, serves more than 150,000 developers and companies across various use cases, including gaming, customer service, and summarisation. The company's commitment to open-source AI sets it apart in the industry.
