[Snap](https://www.snap.com/?ref=ai-360.online) has announced enterprise partnerships for its Specs AR glasses with [Salesforce](https://www.ai-360.online/salesforce/), [Amazon Web Services](https://www.ai-360.online/amazon-web-services/), [NVIDIA](https://www.ai-360.online/nvidia/), Trifork and Hololight, covering field service, remote support and retail, [the company said on 16 September 2026](https://newsroom.snap.com/specs-for-enterprise?ref=ai-360.online).

Salesforce is bringing Agentforce to Specs, so employees can identify what they are looking at, create a case, surface information and update a workflow without switching to a separate screen. With AWS, Snap is working to connect Specs to Amazon Quick, the AI assistant for work; a retail associate could ask where a product is located or how many are in stock.

Snap is working with NVIDIA to bring agents built on the NVIDIA XR AI stack to Specs so the glasses can understand a worker's surroundings, access company data and give guidance in real time. Trifork's Tandem links onsite technicians with remote experts and AI agents, and Hololight turns Specs into a spatial workstation using video streaming.

Snap said it is working with device management vendors on mobile device management and security controls so businesses can manage Specs at scale.
