# ServisFirst Bank selects Covecta to deploy agentic AI across its operations

[ServisFirst Bank](https://servisfirstbank.com/?ref=ai-360.online) has selected Covecta to embed AI agents into its operations workflows, aiming for time savings on key activities as the bank moves to an agentic operating model, [the company said on 10 September 2026](https://servisfirstbank.com/news/servisfirst-bank-selects-covecta-to-deploy-agentic-ai-across-its-operations?ref=ai-360.online).

Covecta said the initial focus is manual work done outside mission-critical systems. “Together ServisFirst and Covecta will innovate from the outside-in to minimize risk and disruption,” said Scott Wilson, founder and CEO of Covecta.

“We selected Covecta because their agents bring deep banking domain expertise out of the box,” said Michael Lindsey, Chief Information and Operations Officer at ServisFirst Bank. He said the program is expected to support a number of teams, with a focus on manual processes.

ServisFirst Bank is a commercial bank headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, with more than $18 billion in assets. Covecta, founded in 2024 with staff and customers in the UK and US, builds agents for lending, accounts and deposits, and KYC/AML and compliance work, and is backed by Salesforce Ventures.
