# IBM integrates 11x digital workers into watsonx Orchestrate for enterprise sales

IBM and [11x](https://www.11x.ai/?ref=ai-360.online) announced a strategic partnership to integrate 11x's digital workers into watsonx Orchestrate, bringing Alice and Julian AI sales agents to IBM enterprise customers, 11x [said on 7 May 2025](https://www.11x.ai/blog/ibm-integrates-11x-digital-workers-into-watsonx-orchestrate?ref=ai-360.online).

IBM said it will natively integrate 11x to augment its sales-agent suite with additional lead intelligence and automation. 11x described Alice as its outbound digital worker and Julian as its AI phone agent for inbound and consented outbound. Differentiation claims in the release included more than 17 signal providers, enterprise deliverability said to be about five times higher than standard tools, and RAG-based learning of each customer's go-to-market playbooks.

Prabhav Jain, chief executive of 11x, said: "Our Digital Workers are foundational tech for revenue teams that want to future-proof themselves while accelerating growth in the near-term." The company listed San Francisco headquarters and noted backing from Andreessen Horowitz and Benchmark.
