[Cardamon](https://cardamon.ai/?ref=ai-360.online) [announced on 18 June 2025](https://cardamon.ai/articles/okx-x-cardamon-%28yc-w25%29-compliance-accelerated?ref=ai-360.online) a partnership with crypto exchange OKX to transform regulatory compliance capabilities using AI. Cardamon described OKX as a leading exchange with more than 60 million customers worldwide, a figure stated in the company post, and cast clearer global regulatory frameworks as turning compliance from a back-office function into a competitive advantage.

Jonathan Brockmeier, chief compliance officer at OKX, said: “Cardamon has transformed the way we approach regulatory mapping, dramatically reducing the time required and bringing new levels of efficiency to our compliance operations.” He added: “We are excited to continue leveraging Cardamon’s leading-edge AI to drive even greater impact across our compliance programme.”

Cardamon said it is proud to support OKX’s efforts to move faster without compromising on compliance. The company’s product maps regulation to obligations, impact and risk types, and can generate controls and export mappings — the same workflow described on its Y Combinator Launch post earlier in 2025, when Cardamon joined the Winter 2025 batch.

OKX joins a growing list of firms using Cardamon to simplify compliance in a fast-moving industry, the company said. The announcement did not disclose commercial terms, name other concurrent crypto clients, or say whether OKX would issue its own statement on the partnership.
