# bolt launches Connected Distribution AI platform for all lines

[bolt](https://www.boltinsurance.com/?ref=ai-360.online) has launched Connected Distribution, an AI-powered insurance distribution platform covering admitted, E&S and wholesale lines, [the company said on 12 August 2026](https://www.boltinsurance.com/news/first-ai-powered-insurance-distribution-platform-for-all-lines-admitted-surplus-wholesale?ref=ai-360.online).

The platform brings customer data, workflows and market access into a single system for independent agencies, brokerages, carriers and consumer and commercial brands, covering prospecting and quoting through placement, servicing and renewal.

Conversational AI engages customers across voice, SMS, chat and email, while native workflow AI handles quoting, routing, servicing, binding and CRM updates. bolt said it also uses AI to automate carrier interactions and run quoting processes in parallel through API-based and non-API workflows.

bolt cited more than $85 billion in annual quoted premium and more than 5,000 product connections. It said distribution partners using the platform have seen a 2x increase in high-intent lead conversion rates and a 34% increase in bound policies.

“bolt’s AI is built natively into the platform, so it doesn't just engage customers conversationally across every channel; it autonomously executes the full distribution lifecycle,” said Nga Phan, Head of Product at bolt.
