AND Global said it raised US$21.4m in Series B funding led by IFC to accelerate AND Solutions' AI-powered fintech platforms across Asia-Pacific, [in a company newsroom post dated 19 August 2025](https://andsolutions.net/news/and-global-raises-21-4m-in-series-b-to-accelerate-and-solutions-fintech-platforms-across-asia?ref=ai-360.online).

Proceeds enable Singapore subsidiary AND Solutions Pte. Ltd. to enhance a product suite helping financial institutions launch products faster, automate workflows and expand access for SMEs and underserved communities. AND Solutions, founded in 2021, offers modular products including Looms for loan origination and management, Mindox for intelligent document processing, Niko for AutoML, and advanced credit scoring, operating across 11 countries serving banks, NBFIs and enterprises. CEO Khos-Erdene Baatarkhuu said: "With IFC and AEON by our side, we're more ready than ever to scale our impact."

The same day, [IFC](https://www.ifc.org/en/pressroom/2025/ifc-invests-in-mongolian-fintech-and-global-to-scale-inclusive-finance0?ref=ai-360.online) said it is investing US$7m in the Series B — its first equity investment in Mongolia in more than a decade — to support financial-services innovation, SME access to finance and AND Solutions' AI-driven document processing, credit scoring and lending systems, while also strengthening listed digital lender LendMN.
