Listed Italian group TXT e-Solutions announced on 3 July 2025 that it had acquired a minority stake in [Altilia](https://www.altilia.ai/?ref=ai-360.online) S.r.l., an Italian AI automation company.

The initial investment was a €1 million capital increase for about 10 percent equity, with contractual options allowing TXT to increase its stake up to 100 percent.

Altilia is described in the release as a spin-off from Italy’s National Research Council (CNR) and a company backed by CDP Venture Capital.

Its Altilia Intelligent Automation platform is positioned as no-code AI for document and decision-process automation in financial services, insurance, legal and adjacent sectors.

The technology stack is framed around natural language processing, machine learning and knowledge graphs.
