# AI Rudder and Intelix announce strategic partnership in Indonesia

[AI Rudder](https://airudder.com/?ref=ai-360.online) and PT Intelix Global Crossing, part of eCentrix Group, announced a strategic partnership to combine AI Rudder's voice and conversational AI with Intelix enterprise solutions, contact-centre technologies and system integration, [according to a Jakarta-dated company news post on 26 October 2025](https://airudder.com/news/ai-rudder-and-intelix-announce-strategic-partnership-to-accelerate-ai-driven-digital-transformation-in-indonesia/?ref=ai-360.online).

Embed targets named in the release include customer service, CRM and collections operations for Indonesian enterprises. The systems-integration hook is meant to put Voice AI into existing contact-centre and CRM stacks rather than requiring a greenfield stack swap. The partners also said they plan training and knowledge-sharing on AI and intelligent automation, secondary to the SI and collections embedding story. The announcement is a channel partnership rather than a named end-customer go-live with published outcome metrics.
