The project put Duck Creek Policy, Rating, Billing, Claims and Clarity on Duck Creek OnDemand, replacing Capricorn Mutual's legacy systems. Aggne, a Wipro company, said it led the implementation and integration of systems across banking, financial management, vehicle and property intelligence and proprietary technologies using Duck Creek's open APIs.

Capricorn Mutual is the member-owned risk protection organisation of Capricorn, and has provided cover tailored to the automotive industry since 2003.

“By modernising our core systems, we've strengthened the foundations of the business and created new opportunities to improve how we work, make decisions and serve our Members,” said Damon de Nooyer, chief financial services officer at Capricorn. “Successful core system transformations require a combination of industry expertise, proven implementation capabilities, and close collaboration,” said Aggne chief executive Asha Kalidindi.
