# AgentSync raises US$75m Series B at US$1.2bn valuation

[AgentSync](https://agentsync.io/?ref=ai-360.online) raised US$75 million in Series B funding at a US$1.2 billion valuation, according to the company's [newsroom post](https://agentsync.io/newsroom/agentsync-secures-75m-at-a-1-2b-unicorn-valuation?ref=ai-360.online) stamped 7 December 2021.

The press body also prints a Denver dateline of 7 December 2022; AI-360 uses the page's editorial stamp of 7 December 2021, which aligns with hiring plans described as ending 2022\. Valor Equity Partners led the round, with participation from Craft Ventures, Tiger Global, Atreides Management, Anthemis, Nine Four Ventures and existing investors, bringing total raised then to US$111.1 million. AgentSync said valuation had grown 55 times since its first seed about 17 months earlier and claimed 3.5 times year-over-year ARR growth. The company positioned itself as the first insurtech SaaS unicorn focused on infrastructure for the roughly US$1.3 trillion US insurance market, with more than 100 customers spanning startup insurtechs to incumbents including 15 public companies.

Antonio Gracias, chief executive of Valor Equity Partners, said: "The overwhelming industry enthusiasm and customer traction for AgentSync make it clear that the future of insurance distribution will be powered by AgentSync. I've been a believer in the need for a better licensing and compliance product ever since Niji worked on a similar idea at Zenefits, when I served as a board member as part of the turnaround."
