[6sense](https://6sense.com/?ref=ai-360.online) launched AI Email Agents — an evolution of Conversational Email — with persona-driven agents covering the full email lifecycle for pipeline creation, the company [said on 28 August 2025](https://6sense.com/newsroom/6sense-launches-ai-email-agents-to-power-efficient-personalized-pipeline-creation/?ref=ai-360.online).

The agents are described as writing, sending, following up, reading replies and routing qualified opportunities to sales. AI Email Personalization builds one-to-one messages from custom prompts, CRM data and proprietary Signalverse insights rather than first-name tokens alone. A new enterprise-grade native email provider is intended to improve deliverability and avoid third-party send limits. Custom Agent Hours and Handoff Logic let teams schedule weekend or off-hours work and route leads by role, region or other rules.

Ashley Deibert, chief marketing officer at Marigold, said: "With 6sense AI Email Agents, we've been able to scale personalized outreach, generate a 7x increase in pre-funnel conversion, and reduce our ad spend—without sacrificing quality." The release also referenced a redesigned Revenue Marketing homepage, segmentation and analytics upgrades, and The Trade Desk integrations for display, native and connected TV. Conversion and ad-spend outcomes are customer claims and have not been independently verified by AI-360.
