# 6Estates deploys first NVIDIA DGX BasePOD with H100 systems in Southeast Asia

[6Estates](https://www.6estates.com/?ref=ai-360.online) said it completed the first deployment of an NVIDIA DGX BasePOD with NVIDIA DGX H100 systems in Southeast Asia, [according to a company release on PR Newswire dated 27 September 2023](https://www.prnewswire.com/apac/news-releases/6estates-establishes-first-deployment-of-nvidia-dgx-basepod-with-nvidia-dgx-h100-systems-in-southeast-asia-301940262.html?ref=ai-360.online).

The Singapore enterprise-AI firm, a National University of Singapore and Tsinghua spin-off and NVIDIA Inception member, said the cluster will accelerate Model Solutions — customised domain-specific large language models and applications — while also supporting its existing intelligent document processing for lenders and trade companies. Access to NVIDIA AI Enterprise software was cited for production generative AI, computer vision and speech frameworks. Performance claims on the release included up to four times faster GPT-3-class training and up to 30 times faster inference versus the prior generation with DGX H100, attributed to NVIDIA framing.

Domain work already underway, 6Estates said, included finance customers targeting roughly 70 billion to 130 billion parameter models and a medical research institution targeting 7B, 13B and 65B models. BFSI use cases listed for the cluster spanned onboarding and fraud, credit assessment, multi-application customer data synthesis, forecasting, product recommendations, automated support and management reporting. Leadership named included Dr Luan Huanbo (chief executive), Prof Chua Tat-Seng (chairman) and Dr Wang Chao (chief technology officer).
